Born from a love of travel and the ocean, Kulani Kinis is an Australian-owned and designed swimwear brand created by Dani and Alex. What began with a trip to Hawaii and a search for the perfect bikini has grown into a globally loved swimwear brand known for its playful prints, flattering silhouettes, and effortless vacation style.
IT ALL STARTED IN HAWAII
In 2014, Dani was getting ready for another trip to Hawaii when she purchased two bikinis online. The experience left her disappointed ā one lacked the quality she expected, while the other simply didn't fit or flatter the way she wanted.
Instead of settling, Dani and Alex decided to create something better.
They began designing their own bikinis with a simple goal: create swimwear that looks good, feels good, and makes you excited to wear it.
Kulani Kinis launched its first collection in February 2015, starting from a small garage in Sydney. From those early days of packing orders by hand, the brand continued to grow and eventually found its way onto beaches and into wardrobes around the world.
